Located in Birr, County Offlay, The County Arms Hotel is a Georgian period house turned into a 4 star hotel, specializing in weddings and amazing guest experiences.

I was inspired by researching the hotel, its location and its identity. I felt such a strong sense of pride and sentimentality from the locals of Birr and those heavily involved within the hotel. This is a special place to them and I wanted my design to apricate that and bring its character to life. This brought me to my concept ‘The History, The Heritage and The Land’ and overall celebrating the strong connection they have with the hotel. I have designed the layout to be efficient for the staff to work in and also ensuring a natural flow for guests. The County Arms Hotel is a welcoming space for all to kick back and relax, or even tie the knot!
